Refund policy

Orders that are placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or returned. The only exception to this is if you receive a wrong item, in which case please use the contact form available on the "Contact" page.

We are not responsible if the courier can't deliver to your address for any unknown reasons or if the package gets lost during transport.
